Q: Do I need to pack my suitcase and move rooms?

A: No the hotel swap does not include rooms.

Q: How will I know if I have an exchange?

A: Your app will confirm if you have a successful swap.

Q: How will the hotel recognise me?

A: You will receive an email confirming your swap. Present this at the hotel reception and get your Holi-Swap wristband.

Q: Is everything free at the destination?

A: No, you can only exchange for the same board rate you have. For example, all inclusive can be swapped with all inclusive at no additional cost.

Q: How do I get to the exchange hotel?

A: This is at your own discretion, any additional travel expenses are covered by you.

Q: How many times can I swap during my stay?

A: That’s your choice and the discretion of the selected hotel.

Q: What if nobody wants to swap?

A: The hotel you like is still notified of your interest and can decide on whether it invites you in.

Q: If I am staying in a 2 star hotel can I swap with a 5 star hotel?

A: Yes on a direct person exchange otherwise it will be the hotel’s decision to swap.

Q: Can a party of 2 swap with a party of 5?

A: This will a decision made by the hotels.

Q: What if I change my mind?

A: Just press the cancel exchange button on the app.
